Is it possible to Dissable the Welcome to Adobe Reader 2020 message?

I am trying to Deploy Adobe Acrobat Reader Classic Track Version 2020.001.30002, one thing that keeps making me scratch my head is.

How can I dissable this Text inside of Adobe Reader ?

I know how to dissable all the Pop up Windows etc. but how to dissable this Welcome message above?
