Hello Javier,
in case these parts can disappear completely from your pdf-file, you only need to delete it.
Translated from my German Adobe Acrobat Pro DC:
Bearbeiten >>> Text und Bilder bearbeiten >>> Es erscheinen Rahmen um die verschiedenen Texte, die kann man löschen.
what means something like:
Edit >>> Edit text and images >>> Around the different texts appear frames, these you can delete.

Hello Javier,
try67 is right and I had it on the tip of my tongue immediately: You should vist the joomla forum to ask for help. I found this:
Joomla! The CMS Trusted By Millions for their Websites >>> Joomla! Forum - community, help and support - Index page
where you could put in your question.

... on the other hand: Why not follow my hint in cons. nr. 2. After you made this you can integrate your pdf into your Joomla file(s).

.. so I simply have to repeat my suggestions written in cons. nr. 1. und 2.

... oh sorry it looks like you use Acrobat Reader. To my knowledge there isn't the function "Edit text and images". But it's no problem. If you can't use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC go to download site and load down a testversion.

The only safe way to make this edit is "redaction". Other kinds of editing often leave the information behind, easy to get back. This has caused trouble and legal problems for many people, only use redaction. This is a feature in Acrobat Pro.
Covering it up on a web page would be pointless. Even if you could do it, the original file is easy to get and view.

Test Screen Name is 100% correct. If you hide the signature, it can (and has been) unhidden. Redaction using Acrobat Pro removes the information. You need to remove it if you don't want technically competent people to recover whatever you are trying to hide.
