Does the latested edition of Acrobat Reader offer a fucntion to convert forms to HTML that has embedded CSS within it?

Acrobat Reader can't convert files!

Adobe have a server product called AEM that dynamically converts PDF forms to HTML formsas they are delivered. It isn't included with Reader, nor with paid-for Acrobat. Price is by negotation, but expect a 5-6 figure sum each year.
