Issue in opening PDF

I am trying to open a document where I want to fill in name, address e t c, e t c and then be able to save the document. When I try to open the document I receive this message:

"The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use Adobe Reader. For information on how to install Adobe Reader and configure your viewing environment please see http://www.adobe.com/go/pdf_forms_configure."

I have downloaded Acrobat reader DC! What more shall I do?

Is this document saved on your system or you trying to open it from browser? Can you share this document with us?

What is the dot version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on your system? Are you on Mac or Windows?

We have tried to open the form and we are able to open it without any issues.

Could you please share the exact steps you do to open this form.

Please try to download the form on your system first and then try to open it on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application.

If issue still persists, share the exact dot version of the application. Go to Help menu > About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Also share the Windows version you are using on your system.
