Issue to donwload adobe redaer pro on user account

HI there,

we have an issue, our end user bought adobe redaer pro, we send order on ADOBE and end user receve email to download it but unfurtunaly redaer is not connect to user profile.

The Acrobat Reader is for free and don't has to be odered.

If you mean Adobe Acrobat Pro? If yes and you have order a subscription it can take up to 24 hours until the the app is availabe under your account.
