Issue with E signature configuration

I configured e-signature in Acrobat, when I start my system after proper shutting down, everytime I have to configure the signature again to sign the document. Please help.

Hope you are doing well and thank you for reaching out.

 

As you have mentioned above, you configured the e-signature. Please confirm if you are referring to the signature created under Fill & Sign tool.

If yes, please ensure that you check the box for "Save signature" option provided at the bottom left corner of the add signature window. Check the screenshot below:

Hi Meenakshi,

 

Thank you for your revert, yes I'm refering to the signature created under Fill & Sign tool. Unfortunatly i haven't found any option to save my digital signature. We will appriciate if you can share the steps to configure digital signature on Acrobat DC.
