Issue with export PDF to Word using Acrobat Reader DC

I am exporting a PDF to a MS word document using Acrobat Reader DC and part of my document is appearing in the Header. My PDF has over 100 pages so to copy and paste from the header to my document would be time consuming. Is there a way to prevent any of my PDF document from ending up in

the Header?
