Hi,
We are trying to accessing OneDrive for Business via Adobe Reader DC and having issues with Grant Admin Consent applying for all users. This has been set via Azure AD but upon raising with Microsoft they have said that this is not changing the behaviour so each time users try to login its not applying these pemissions.
Microsoft have said the permissions cannot be changed on the application since it is a multi-tenant application. If something changes in the scope of the application, the application owner needs to consent in their tenant so that the admin consent on your end would take effect.
Please follow up with Adobe to perform the admin consent on their tenant
Does this sound correct - anyone come across this issue before?
