when I type  text on my letter head, can’t seem to flatten it. SO when i print or mail it, it becomes scattered.

We're sorry for the trouble you had, are you facing this issue with Adobe Reader Desktop application or on a Mobile device?

What is the version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify on the desktop app, refer to the article Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

For Mobile application, check the version details from Appstore/Play store.

Is it specific to one PDF or with all the PDF files?

Is it a Mac/Windows machine or an Android/iOS device and what is the vers
