We currently are setup w/ Adobe Reader DC and just use it to view pdf files. Someone in our environment has logged into their own personal Adobe account and once that happens anyone else who tries to open pdf files is required to login and if they cancel it closes the file and you cant view. Is there any solution or work around to this that will allow users on other accounts on this server (we have 14) to view pdf files without us having to completely remove Adobe and reinstall it? I am not a fan of browsers opening pdf files and would like it to stay set to Adobe but this is the only work around I have found. Thanks for any assistance with this.

With a license, Acrobat Reader now upgrades itself to the full licensed Acrobat Pro. The damage is done, and it no longer works without a license, for everyone.

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/about-acrobat-reader-dc-migration-to-64-bit.html and see if that works.
