Hello,
I have an issue when working with "Shared document".
My friend creates a "Shared review" for a file. Then sends it over mail. My other friends can write and publish comments.
However, I can't - Adobe Acrobat Reader suggests me to try again or work offline. This is not a network problem - issue has been persistent for a while already.
When I click "Track reviews" and select the file, I see: " Error: Could not get new comments. There was a problem accessing the review document location. Please contact the initiator of review for access". Initiator reviewed and confirmed that access is there.
Everything used to be working when I had Microsoft Windows. Now I have MAC and started to face the problem. Some of my friends have MAC (and the same version of Adobe Reader), but don't have this issue.
Anyone else faced same problem / have some solutions to suggest?

Check what differs from your friends. It's obviously a configuration issue on the computer. Are the macOS versions the same? Check also the exact version numbers of Acrobat. Do not trust "the latest" indications.
