Trotz eines Abos bis 2023 kann ich nicht zu excel oder word konvertieren.

Was läuft da schief????

über eine positive Erledigung würde ich mich freuen.

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to export PDF to Excel or Word? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

What happens when you try to export PDF? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

Also make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20117 (Win) 20112 (Mac) installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

You may also try to export the PDF online here https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works.
