Hallo zusammen,

ich habe folgendes Problem:

Ein mit Richtlinien versehenes PDF (Kopieren "Nicht zulässig" / zulässige Änderungen "Kommentieren, Ausfüllen von Formularfeldern und Unterschreiben vorhandener Unterschriftsfelder") lässt auf der iOS-App keine Änderungen zu (z. B. Kommentieren, Markieren). Auf einem Desktop-Rechner funktioniert dies im Adobe Reader aber ohne Probleme.

Kann mir jemand sagen woran das liegt oder evtl. sogar einen Workaround liefern?

I have the following problem:

A Secured PDF (Copy "Not Allowed" / Permitted Changes "Comment, Fill in Form Fields and Sign Signature Fields") does not allow changes in the iOS app (such as Commenting, Tagging). On a desktop computer this works without any problems in Adobe Reader.

Can someone tell me why the app is acting like this or even provide a workaround?

For Acrobat Reader on iOS use files without restrictions.

Unfortunately this is not possible because these PDF documents must be protected. But the protection settings allow comments etc. Why are the security policies generated by Adobe Acrobat not working with the home-grown app? In my opinion that makes no sense.

Acrobat Reader for mobile devices doesn't support all features.

Is here in the forum someone who knows or is there any opportunity to pass this to the support of Adobe. When I started reporting my problem I only found the way to the forum. There was no possibility for direct contact to the support of Adobe.
