Hello,
I think Adobe Acrobat Reader DC just updated a few days ago, and it completely ruined my firms RPA (using automation to send pdf invoice etc). Now I only get the error "can't read the pdf".. Is there any way to roll back this update/or undo the changes? It has already caused several hours of extra work and every minute the update isn't rolled back it gets more severe.

Hi Jurgenn,
As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to read a pdf after installing the update, is that correct?
Could you try the troubleshooting steps given in the following help document:
Also, let us know what happens when you trying to read a PDF? Is there any error message?
Also, let us know dot version of reader and the operating system installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version in Acrobat: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

How are the PDFs created? Adobe does not own PDF technology, and not all PDFs are made by Adobe. Can you view it with other PDF viewers besides the free Adobe Acrobat Reader? Is it all PDFs or just some?
