LiveCycle form not properly autogenerating text

We have a LiveCycle form that generates a line of text when certain fields are completed. Since the December update (2019.010.20064) this has stopped working properly. I have installed version 2019.010.20069 which I thought would resolve it as it fixes other issues with LiveCycle documents, but it does not.

It still works with Adobe Acrobat version 15.006.30461, it only seems to be with Reader 2019.010.20064 versions and forward.

I can share the document via email but would prefer not to post it publicly.

Hello David,

We're sorry for the trouble you had, are you on Windows or Mac machine and what is the version?

Navigate to Adobe Reader's preferences from Edit>Preferences>Security(Enhanced)>and disable 'Enhanced Security' and ' Protected Mode at startup'>Click OK, restart the application and check.

Note: Disabling the Protected Mode and Enhanced Security is only for testing purpose, please enable it back.

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

It is on our Windows 10 1803 machines.

Disabling Protected Mode and Enhanced Security does not resolve the issue.
