I just started using a new laptop, I installed a new copy of Acrobat Reader DC yesterday. I could Sign-in at first. I realized that I had to login every time when I opened it, So I try to change the seetting on securety. After changing the setting on Two-step verification in the Website Password and security. I can not login on the Win10 Acrobat Reader DC, it always shows ERROR, but the Adobe website account is still be able to login. Any body got this issue? Thanks

Hey there!

Was it Adobe Reader asking for the password everytime you opened to work on it? Acrobat Reader doesn't required Sign In to view or add annotaion to the pdf. Unless your document isn't saved on Document Cloud storage.

Also, when you try loggin into Adobe Reader DC, what does it say or is there any error message?

Try Signing In after disabling Two-step verification? Login to your Adobe account https://account.adobe.com

on web and disable verification

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

I have exactly the same problem as you two with exactly the same symptoms.  Adobe.com and Adobe Reader DC for iPhone recognize my email address, but Reader DC on my desktop refuses to recognize my email address.  I have been sent to Chat; they gave up and sent me back to Forum/Support Community, where I started.  Nobody seems to understand the problem or be able to give meaningful advice.  And, no, I don't have two-step verification turned on.
