I can't acess my Document Cloud account in windows 10. A message appears saying that: Update required Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. Try installing the latest updates on your system. But I've already installed all the uptades. Can someone help me?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error 'Update required Your browser or operating system is no longer supported'

I believe it was a bug in the program. I managed to uptade the program itself and it worked.
