I can't acess my Document Cloud account in windows 10. A message appears saying that: Update required Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. Try installing the latest updates on your system. But I've already installed all the uptades. Can someone help me?

I believe it was a bug in the program. I managed to uptade the program itself and it worked.
