Long-standing bug of Adobe Reader scrolling on 4K monitor

On a 4K monitor (in my case, Dell U2720Q), Adobe Reader will only scroll a very small step at a time. This is because Adobe Reader scrolls a fixed number of pixels at a time, and on a 4K monitor that means a much smaller distance than on a 1080p monitor.

To fix this bug, Adobe Reader should consider the user's Zoom Factor in his Windows Settings. For example, I use a 27-inch 3840x2160 monitor but I set my Zoom Factor to 200% so that everything is twice the original size and looks exactly the same size as on a 27-inch 1920x1080 monitor. If the Zoom Factor is 200%, Adobe Reader should scroll twice the original scrolling distance.

This is a long-standing bug, and I have no other way to contact Adobe but this forum.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Please try the following steps and let u know if that helps:

  1. Open Reader
  2. Go to Edit > Preferences > General
  3. Select No Scaling under Scale for screen resolution
  4. Click OK

Thanks,
