Lost files on Document Cloud

I have been using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for years and I always store my files that I read often on Document Cloud. Today, when I tried reading one of my files on my cell, I couldn't find any on Document Cloud, and it seemed all of my file disappeared all of sudden. Has anybody experienced this? Literally no file on the cloud.
