Lost Highlights and notes!!!!!

I lost all my highlights and notes in a large document after windows updates and I have an exam, please help!!!

I have Adobe reader acrobat and I couldn't find the temporary files.

Sadly, there isn't much that can be done to recover the notes and highlights from the PDF if it was not auto-saved. Open the PDF from Recent section/tab in Adobe Reader if the file is available in the list and check for the notes.

You may also navigate to C:\Users\,username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC and see if the temp file is available.
