I have a MacBook Pro and have been using abode reader for a while now. But recently whenever I open up adobe reader it starts to overheat my machine and the exhaust starts like crazy. Is there a solution to it?

Overheat while running the Adobe application shouldn't be the case with the latest version. Make sure your system meets the requirement to run the application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC system requirements
Also, open activity monitor and quit the unnecessary processes running at the background and check back.
