Hi,
We are facing an issue with Acrobat Reader DC when clicking on the envelope in the reader.
The issue I am looking into is for a customer of mine.
The issue is for all users on a Citrix multi-user environment.
Latest version of Acrobat Reader DC is installed.
When a user clicks on the envelope a mail is opened with as subject the name of the PDF file but the PDF is not attached.
User closes the email and the Reader is frozen.
It is not possible to get the reader back and you need to close it using Task Manager.
What was done:
- Repair Reader.
- Uninstall Reader, cleanup tools and reinstall Reader.
- Repair Office.
- AV was disabled.
- Appsense security tools have been disabled.
None of these actions helped.
Does anybody have any suggestions please?
