Managing Comments

when you are using acrobat reader is there a maximum amount of comments you can make? also why doesn't the comment column come all the way down so I can see above 10 comments and last of all I am not sure I am  saving correctly

There is no limit to the number of comments that can be made on a PDF in Adobe Reader.

Also, the comment column adjustment you are mentioning is an application design and so sadly there is not much that can be done about it.
