Managing keyboard shortcut and documents

is there any way for me to close the whole reader application or just opened document by using esc key as in most applications ?

You can exit Acrobat Reader with ctrl+q

So there's no way to change it to esc, so something more intuitive ?

It is intuitive, q means quit.

You can't change the shortcuts.
