Mis archivos en la carpeta com.adobe.reader

En mi teléfono celular (android) en la aplicación de adobe reader, a pesar de que en la pestaña de " en este dispositivo" aparecen todos mis archivos, sin embargo al querere transferir mis archivos del celular a la computadora(Windows) , estos no aparecen en la carpeta com.adobe.reader./files/ Downloads, donde puedo ubicar estos archivos ya que no aprecen ni en file manager de android.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you want to tranfer the files from cell to computer

You may try saving the files to the Document Cloud by clicking on the three dots in front of each file and then choosing 'Save to Document Cloud' so that it can be accessible from any device once you log in to the Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ 

Another way would be selecting all the files at once and then sharing it via email to yourself and then downloading them onto your computer as follows:

1. Click on the three dots in front of 'On this device' > Select All

2. Click on the three dots at the top right corner in front of 'xx selected' > Share a Copy > Select the Email.
