Move Zoom Tool of Off Tool Bar

I use Adobe Acrota Reader DC to read blud prints. The + (zoom function) tool in my version that enlarges the PDF to Zoom in is in the top tool bar. But you have to click in one to open a dropdown then choose to either zoom in or zoom out.............. the whole tool used to be floating on the PDF and you could choose to zoom in out ot with one click. I would like that back.
