Have an acrobat form (work document) that i have saved on my MAC desktop. Have used it for ages with no issue. PDF. Have free version of adobe reader. Now it no longer lets me duplicate something from one box to another like it did, there's pages where you can do N/A on them but that doesn't appear correctly anymore or let me write on that page where I have the option of applicable or n/a. My colleague also works remotely from our usual workplace and at the same time had the same issue. Have tried uninstalling and re installing but with no change. Any advice is welcome thx.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.
Please let us know if the issue occurs with the particular document. Did you check if you can copy and paste into other PDFs? Could you please share the PDF with us so we can check it? Also, could you share the steps you tried that did not work?
Share the Acrobat Reader and OS version number on the machine.
Feel free to let us know if you need any help.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Thank you for replying. This is the only document I am using with acrobat at the moment. If you click on the attachment you'll see there's pages with N/A top right, I can't write in the the boxes it just appears with the alternative page sitting over the top of it. The last document (framework for home care packages) does not let me click in any other buttons than one whereas it used to let me tick a selection. The adobe version is 25.001.20476 and the OS version is 15.5 Sequoia. The Javascript is enabled. Me and another girl who both work remotely have both had the same problems at the same time where this document has stopped working - she has started to pay for adobe. Everyone else at work is still able to use the document with no probs. Would be amazing to get this sorted. It does still pre-populate but then I have to print it off and fill in some tick boxes myself and then scan it all back in!

Hi joanne_3255,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.
We checked the form and were able to select all the form fields added to the PDF. Please share the screen recording of the issue on your end. Also, share the Acrobat and OS version numbers used on the machine.
Feel free to let us know if you need any help.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Without looking at the document it is impossible to tell what happened.
But, interactive features like you've described are implemented with JavaScript. Two possibilities are that either JavaScript has been turned off, or that the document has been modified to remove the scripts. JavaScript is enabled from the Acrobat Preferences under the "Edit" menu.
Has Acrobat been updated lately? Or has the document been operated on by a PDF viewer or tool other than the free Reader?
