My Cloud Saves Are Gone

I have had Adobe Reader on both my laptop and phone, and loved how they synced my saved files.  The latest update was installed on my laptop and when I opened it, I was shocked to find that there was nothing in my Cloud storage, and I can't sync with my phone.  There was no warning that this would happen, if there had been I would have backed up those files.  Is there any way to get them back?

Hi @Vida5CAA

As per the issue description that you can't file the files on the cloud storage. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Can you see the files on your phone?

2. Check if you can see the files on https://documentcloud.adobe.com

Make sure you are using the same email to sign in on Acrobat Reader DC on the desktop.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh
