My password not being accepted

I am trying to sign a document with Adobe Reader and my password is not being accepted. I have the password. It has not changed. Is there still such a thing as Adobe Reader? Are all the Apps in the cloud?

Are you getting any error message or code while trying to sign in to the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC? Please share the screenshot of the error message for a better understanding.

 

Make sure you are using the correct Adobe ID (Email registered with Adobe) and the password to sign in to the application.

 

Please try to sign in online to the document cloud here (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/) and try to sign the document using fill and sign and see if that helps.
