não consigo abrir arquivos em pdf

Peço ajuda para solucionar possível problema em que mesmo tendo instalado recentemente o Adobe Acrobat Reader (gratuito) em meu laptop Dell / Windows 10, não consigo abrir os diversos arquivos pdf.

Antes, tentei reparar a instalçao, mas desisti. Desinstalei, reiniciei o computador, Tornei a instalar - direto da Adobe - mas nada! Já tentei corrigir, indo aos arquivos de instalação até o arquivo EULA... e dei meu aceite no contrato abresentado, sem resultados.

Os arquivos ficam todos lá, imóveis e não há nenhuma ação.

Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps you followed.

As mentioned, that you can not open the various pdf files so when you open those particular files that time does it gives any specific error message?

You may try installing the latest patch-

Release notes | Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC, Acrobat DC Classic 2015, Acrobat Reader DC Classic 2015, Acrobat 2017 and…

and if it still doesn't work then, as you have shared that-

You have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app

and if it still doesn't work then, as you have shared that-

You have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, have you also used the cleaner tool? If not then you may use the cleaner tool once- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and install it again Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
