The Exact Problem:  Presently, I do NOT have Any Adobe Reader, Creator etc programs on my computer However Every Time I attempt to download the Adobe Reader DC program the process ends with "ADOBE READER DC IS ALREADY INSTALLED" which it is Not.

Ok. What WAS installed before and how did you remove it? And are you on Mac or Windows?

I'm on Windows 7 and Adobe Reader 8. something was installed before i uninstalled it.

HOW did you uninstall what was there before?

Are you trying to install Reader 8 - if so why, it is 4 versions behind.
