Hello,

I need to link a saved PDF file on a Word document by Hyperlinking. Example I need to hyperlink FireLock EZ Rigid Cplg 009 so it refers to my saved PDF automatically. But I also need it to be able to stay with the file once I email it so my recipient can see and open the PDF.

I need to produce a master sheet Table, with different items and Hyperlink them so they all refers to their respective PDF file.

Right now the only way I have found, is to attach my "binder"(full of all the PDF link) with my "table", and then email it. Seems like the only way my recipient can see/open the PDF related to the items in my table.

I want to get rid of the "Binder" and have each of my "Items" automatically referring to my PDF.

Is there a way of doing this??

Am a newbie and trying hard to figure this out, Thank you for your help.

So you want to link a PDF file from a Word file? If so, it's a question for a Word forum.

If you want to link a Word file from within a PDF file you can attach the Word file to the PDF and then use the Link tool to create a link that opens it. You will need Acrobat to do it, though, not the free Reader.
