Ich hätte gerne meine Lesezeichen wieder im linken Fenster. Kann ich die Einstellungen im Adobe Reader 23.xx entsprechend verändern?

Thanks for reaching out. 

In modern viewers, the bookmark has been repositioned to the right-hand side panel. To know more about new UI and changes, please refer to this help article- https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/new-acrobat-experience.html 

In the new UI, you can't get it or customize it to the left. However, you can switch back to the old UI by following these steps- 

• Click on the hamburger icon in the upper left corner.
• Click on Disable New Acrobat

Note- we recommend using Acrobat's modern viewer, as going forward disabling a new UI feature will not be available.
