No language dictionaries present in the Add Dictionaries dialog

In the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC v2020.009.20065 (Windows), we are unable to add any dictionaries for spell check. There are no language dictionaries are found under Add Dictionaries dialog.
Despite installing the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Spelling Dictionary Pack (Continuous) - For Acrobat Reader DC version 19.x, we don't see any dictionaries available.
There is Spelling Dictionary Pack for 20.x versions available on the website. Many users are reporting this issue.
This is affecting our document reviews and request you to help resolve this at the earliest.

Edit: Same version seems to be working on Windows 10 v1903. However, does not seem to work on later versions.
