No puedo guardar un PDF después de haber realizado comentarios (anotaciones) en el mismo.

Uso Acrobat Reader DC para corregir exámenes de alumnos/as. Corrijo desde el propio PDF , guardo cambios y envío. Pues, desde hace 3 días, a veces el icono de "guardar" o "guardar como" no funciona. Es un gran problema porque no me deja guardar el trabajo de corrección con horas de anotar comentarios a un alumno. Me pueden ayudar???

The planned update for Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC version 21.07.20099  is now available. Please update the application from the help menu > Check for updates  and reboot the computer once.

You may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html  and see if that works for you.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. AS described you are getting the blank save as screen when saving the PDFs

 

please go to Edit > Preferences > General > Uncheck, 'Show online storage when opening file' and  'Show online storage when saving file' > Click OK and reboot the computer once and check.

He hecho lo que se me ha dicho pero NO se ha solucionado. Cuando le doy a guardar se queda en blanco.
