no step 3 in DC installation

Hi, Just installing Acrobat DC on a new Windows 10 Professional (Creater version) and nervous on why the dialogue in the browser never reached 3 out of 3. Is our Acrobat missing something after step 2? It declared that it was finished. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay in response.

If it declares that the application is installed, then there is no need to worry.

Check if the application open and works without any issue.

If you experience any issue, try to use the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and restart your system.

Then try to install the application from the link provided below:

  • For Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

        Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

  • For Adobe Acrobat DC

        Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X
