Non-working Features of pdf on iPad ,mobile ,kindle

Hi,

I have merged many pdfs to form 1...

A) on kindle it's showing all actual names of merged files as it shows in content list..

(1) buttons are not working

(2) I have a table of contents but it shows the list of names of merged pdfs as content list (index)

B) In iPad Air 3

(1) buttons are not working

C) If opened in mobile android, hyperlinks & buttons don't work

How to solve these poins  &make it working across platforms ?

Kindle ..firmware version. :kindle 5.12.3 (3581480036)

B) In iPad Air 3

(1) buttons are not working.. mainly the naviagation button "previous view"

acrobat ....version :  19.12.00 (20191218.130802)

C) If opened in mobile android, hyperlinks & buttons don't work

Here are the version details... only for mobile (nexus 5) I couldnt see pdf version.
