anyway, thank you for not using all caps again.

adobe reader (free) is not a pdf editor.  it's a reader.  adobe acrobat pro (requires a subscription) is a pdf editor.

Yes, I paid it was editing my documents now it stopped working as why I contact this community. I reinstalled, I restarted nothings working. So what's another option you have in mind?

so, you actually have adobe acrobat pro installed and you're trying to use that to edit an unsigned pdf document?

if yes, embed a screenshot of the panel after opening acrobat > click help > about.
