Not staying signed in with Adobe Reader DC

Adobe Reader DC was recently automatically updated on my computer.  However, I'm not staying signed in anymore so each time I open it - I'm having to sign in again.  I've tried re-installing and downloading earlier versions but nothing is stopping this problem.  Why won't it let me stay signed in?  (and yes, I've checked the box that says to stay logged in).  Help!!  It's driving me crazy.

Hi cherylt,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to stay logged in in adobe reader after installing the update, is that correct?

Could  you try installing the latest patch for reader using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu,  You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates

Reboot the machine after installing update and try again.

If that doesn't work, try the troubleshooting steps given in the following forum thread under correct answer:

Repeated requests to sign in

Thanks,

Shivam
