We scanned a certificate to send it by e-mail. This certificate is proof that the recipient took a curse, so it is suppose to not be editable.
But when we open the PDF in Acrobat Reader we could easily modify it with the “Fill & Sign” option.
Is there is a simple way to make the scanned document not editable?

You can prevent users from changing PDFs and can prohibit users from editing, moving or adding texts in a PDF. You can add password protection in a PDF using Acrobat. You can also add a restriction in a PDF so that other users cannot add their signature.
