Hi All,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

Your Adobe accounts information shows that your registered country is China. Sorry to say, the Adobe Acrobat & Document Cloud services are not available in China.

So you wont be able to access it, and that is the reason you have been receiving the message "Access Denied You no longer have access to this service"

Also, share the exact steps you do when you get this error message.

Please make sure that you are using the correct Adobe ID to log in the application.

It will be helpful if you can share the Adobe ID you are using in a private message.

*Note: Please do not share your Adobe ID publicly(on the forum or other social sites) as it can be misused by others.

To initiate a private message, you need to hover on the profile name or picture of te person you need to message. Then click on message tab on the window that appears on hovering.

macOS Sierra | Version 10.12.2

Description:

1. Open the Adobe Reader

2. Click "Open"

3. Click "Acrobat.com Files"

4. Click "Sign In Now", input Email and password, click "Sign In". Then the error message prompts.(PS: The Adobe ID is correct cuz I can login on the website. )

It seems that many people have encountered this problem.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue.

If yes, can you please share your Adobe ID in the private message that you are using to login to the account.

To initiate a private message, you need to hover on the profile name or picture of te person you need to message. Then click on message tab on the window that appears on hovering.

Also, try once to sign in here Sign in - Adobe ID with the same Adobe ID that you use to log in on Adobe Reader.

Let us know how it goes.

Excuse me, could you also help me with the same problem above?

Product: acrobat reader

OS: ios10.3.3

The OS and the software itself are all up to date. Then I opened the application, trying to sign in my Adobe ID. Then there came the "access denied". Cuz I once linked my ID to my Facebook account, so I have also tried to sign in with it which was also a failure.

As you have mentioned that you are not able to access the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application, could you please check if you can login here https://cloud.acrobat.com/  with the same Adobe ID.

Check if you can log in there without any issue.

Also, please share the Adobe ID with which you are trying to log in to the mobile application.
