One person is using the same document saved as a pdf as the rest of our class but cannot search successfully on that docment. He is using Adobe to open the pdf, and so are we - other persons at his location have the same computer systen and set up with no problems, and he can open all other pdf documents and search them just fine using his same computer. He purged the cache via preferences/search/purge cache with no luck (received an error messaging sayiing some files could not be deleted). He has rebooted and reopened the document, even opened it again when provided by a coworker who has no issues, without success. Any suggestions?
