Google Chrome has a very useful feature, that is if you have multiple open pages and you close the browser, then open again it opens all the pages which was open in a previous session.
Does adobe feature has such a feature, whereby I can open the same pdf documents I was reading and at the same location I was reading at?
Right now I keep notes, or use the new windows 10 feature of task view, but adobe reader does not always keep positions of previously opened documents.

No, there's no such feature. You can enable the option to restore the last view setting when reopening a document (under Edit - Preferences - Documents), buy you'll still need to reopen them yourself.
The only way of doing it, currently, is by using a script, like this (paid-for) tool I've developed that allows you to save "sessions" and load them later on. It will reopen all the files in the session, to the exact location where they were open when it was last saved: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat/Reader -- Save and Load Sessions
