On my PDF form there is a submit button. when i click the button after filling in the form it should open a new email window using Outlook. In the email settings under preferences outlook is not being detect as the default email app even though it is. The latest Adobe reader is installed, this is on a Windows 11.
Please help

Could you please share the screenshot of the Email account setting under the Preference window?
Share the Reader and OS version.
Share the complete workflow you do and let us know if the issue occurs only when using this PDF form.
