Afternoon all, hoping you can help.
Yesterday, seemingly out of the blue (no windows, office365, or adobe updates) outlook will only 'quick print' attachements if Adobe Acrobat is open in the background. If I close Adobe Acrobat, then nothing happens, outlook doesn't try to open Adobe Acrobat and nothing appears in the print queue
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat.
I have also used the AcroCleaner tool, still nothing.
When I have Adobe Acrobat open, and click 'quick print' Acrobat forces its way to the forefront and prints the document - so happy days - but a couple of times I have fallen foul of thinking I had printed something and hadn't and it didn't get actioned for a day or two.
Anyone with this issue? Or any ideas on how to troubleshoot what's going on?
