Hi
I'm trying to use the manual feed tray on my Epson sc-P600 printer, however the 'paper feed' option in the printer settings of Adobe Acrobat DC pro is not showing. This means that when I go to print with the manual feed tray set up it doesn't recognise the connection between Acrobat and the printer and nothing prints.
The fine art paper options are also greyed out which I need to select.
I've reinstalled the printer and made sure it is set up as IP and not Bonjour. I've downloaded the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro from CC.
The 'page set up' is set as the sc-P600 printer and not 'any printer'.
I'm using mac0S Sierra v10.12.5 on an iMac that is a year old. I installed the printer this week so the drivers are the latest version. I've tried this on Acrobat Reader DC with the same issues as well.
I've searched the forums for advice on how to fix this and tried everything I have seen. I've also live chatted to Adobe who said that the paper feed option is not available in Acrobat applications so the issues isn't specific to Adobe.
Is this correct? I believe this is an option I've seen before with other printers.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Update: I installed the 'Driver and utilities combo package' and 'Printer driver' from the Epson website (not just their installation software) and Printer Settings with Paper Source and all paper options are now available.
Wanted to update incase any one else has this issue in the future.
