My OS is Win10 and I am using EDGE as the browser, and my email is arriving via Outlook. My local electrical utility sends out monthly e-statements. The first time I open the email, the attachment that is reference (the actual electricity invoice) does not show up. If I close the email and open it a second time, the attachment is visible. Is there an explanation for this condition - is it some option that should be turned on or off that is causing this condition,
