Hallo liebe Wissende,

We apologize for the delay in response. If you continue to experience the same issue, then try the steps suggested below-

  • Check for the update of MS Outlook. Make sure you have your Windows up-to-date as well.
  • Is Acrobat Reader set up as default to open the files? https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/not-default-pdf-owner-windows10.html
  • Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)
  • To download the patch manually, more information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader
  • For testing,
  • Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader.
  • Note: these changes are only for testing purposes. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

Thanks,

Akanchha
