PDF bug while displaying

toubrel.pngHi, I have this trouble, it begins when I select a part of a text. Its in Windows 10 and thje software is Adobe Reader DC version 21.001.20145. It happens with all the pdf documents.

Hi Amal.

Thanks for the reply. I tried the both answers that are shown in the discussion you gave me:

  • Disabling safe mode = It didn't fix.
  • Changing compatibility mode to Windows 7 = It works!
    The process given by Imola0D4D user:1) Right click on AcroRd32.exe (located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader)

          2) Choose properties

          3) Choose compatibility tab

          4) Choose windows 7click apply

As described the screens turns to black and white dots, please check out the correct answer marked in a similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader/screen-turns-to-black-and-white-dots-using-adobe-acrob... and see if that works for you.
