pdf damaged

Hi everybody, 

I send you this message because I've a problem with my PDF.

I success to protect my PDF with a password on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. But when I open my PDF on Microsoft Edge, nothing appears and it's write "Oops! There seems to have been a problem with this PDF". 

Can you help me please ?

How does you protect the file? Acrobat Reader can't protect PDF files.

Info: Edge is not a Adobe product.

If I succeeded with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and Adobe Acrobat DC..

Then open the PDF file in Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
